Understand that under no circumstances will Aspen Ridge Wealth Management, LLC. sell, share, or otherwise provide your personal information to any non-affiliated third party except as set forth in this policy.  To provide superior service to our prospects and clients, it is necessary for Aspen Ridge Wealth Management, LLC. to share information with third parties it is currently involved with in a contractual relationship (such as a referring financial institution). This sharing of personal information is carried out on a strictly professional basis.   We share the minimum amount of information necessary for that company to offer its product or service. We may also share information with unaffiliated companies that assist us in providing our products and services to our customers in the normal course of our business (for example, with consumer reporting agencies and government agencies) when legally required or permitted in connection with fraud investigations and litigation; in connection with acquisitions and sales; and at the request or with the permission of a customer.  Through the normal course of servicing your inquiry or account, certain agents and employees may have access to your confidential account information; this may include operations and support personnel, as well as your investment professional, and access to this information is limited and held in the strictest confidence. However, please note that this will not affect the lawfulness of the processing before its withdrawal, nor when applicable law allows, will it affect the processing of your personal information conducted in reliance on lawful processing grounds other than consent. Opting out of marketing and promotional communications: You can unsubscribe from our marketing and promotional communications at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the emails that we send or by contacting us using the details provided in the section “HOW CAN YOU CONTACT US ABOUT THIS NOTICE?” below. You will then be removed from the marketing lists. 9. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES

Most web browsers, mobile operating systems, and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference and not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. No uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized at this stage. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this privacy notice.

10. DO CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS HAVE SPECIFIC PRIVACY RIGHTS?

In Short: Yes, if you are a resident of California, you are granted specific rights regarding access to your personal information. California Civil Code Section 1798.83, also known as the “Shine The Light” law, permits our users who are California residents to request and obtain from us, once a year and free of charge, information about categories of personal information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes and the names and addresses of all third parties with which we shared personal information in the immediately preceding calendar year.
